The all-new portal will offer integrated information and services from various states and stakeholders, from the hospitality and tourism sectors.
The agency will also run a chatbots service linked to the ‘Incredible India’ website and handle complaints of tourists coming through the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring system.
‘Incredible India 2.0’ campaign focuses on niche tourism products including yoga, wellness, luxury, cuisine, and wildlife among others.
