JNU sedition case: Delhi Police sends reminder to Kejriwal government on sanction to prosecute Kanhaiya
It comes hours after a court directed the police to send a reminder to the Delhi government on its application for prosecution sanction which is pending with the home department.
The chief minister's comments come hours after a court directed the Delhi government to file a status report till April 3 on the issue of sanctions to prosecute Kanhaiya Kumar and others.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Purushottam Pathak also directed the Delhi Police to send a reminder to the city government seeking requisite sanctions to prosecute Kanhaiya Kumar.
