The resolution alleged that Speaker P Sreeramakrishnan brought disrespect to the house and the chair by associating with the accused in the Kerala gold smuggling case.
The Opposition later walked out of the House after it was denied permission to move an adjourned motion.
Earlier on Wednesday, K Ayyappan, the additional private secretary to the Kerala speaker, responded to the Customs notice, expressing his inability to appear for the interrogation.
The NIA had earlier sought CCTV visuals from June 2019 to July 2020. This was done in order to check whether the gold smuggling case accused had visited the Secretariat.
ED has also traced two immovable properties belonging to her in Thiruvananthapuram and sources said that Swapna's bank accounts and lockers have been frozen.

The Prisons Department has ordered a probe on the allegation of gold smuggling case accused Swapna Suresh that she was threatened while being in judicial custody.
Swapna Suresh alleged she was threatened on several days prior to November 25, 2020 and finally on November 25.
It is not clear whether Raveendran would appear before the ED sleuths on Thursday.
