The proceedings lasted for around 15 minutes after which Birla adjourned the House till noon.
When the Question Hour commenced, Opposition parties started protesting against various issues, including the Pegasus spyware controversy and farm laws.
As the din continued, Rajendra Agrawal, who was charing the proceedings, adjourned the Lok Sabha till 2 pm.
