Two persons were arrested by police for putting up banners of a banned Naxal outfit in Jharkhand's Lohardaga district.
Zeedan Guria was second in command after PLFI chief Dinesh Gope and had over 100 cases relating to murder, loot and extortion lodged against him in different police stations in the region
Sources said that 10-20 gram panchayats in the block share their borders with Jharkhand and the outfit's members frequently move between the two states in the absence of effective police patrolling.
The SP said previously Kindo was associated with Jharkhand’s criminal outfits, Pahadi Cheetah and Jharkhand Badshaw, and later with dreaded outfit PLFI.
