NCB says Rhea Chakraborty received multiple ganja deliveries, charges in drug case involving Sushant Singh
As per the NCB's draft charges, Chakraborty, who was also arrested in the drug case and later walked out of the jail on bail, allegedly made payments and delivered ganja to the late actor.

The Central anti-drug agency had filed the draft charges last month in the Special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) Court against 35 accused.
A single bench of Justice Bharati Dangre granted bail to Pithani on a bond of Rs 50,000. The latter was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in May 2021 from Hyderabad.
Special public prosecutor Atul Sarpande said the prosecution maintained charges against all the accused as mentioned in the charge-sheet filed before the court.
Rhea Chakraborty is an accused in the drugs case related to actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death.
In 2020, Chakraborty, known for films like "Mere Dad Ki Maruti" and "Jalebi", had spent 28 days in jail here in the drugs case related to Rajput's death.

The court has ordered to return her laptop, mobile phone and other gadgets seized during the investigation into late actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case.

The actress sought an interim order against the media till the time the NCB, Mumbai, completes the investigation and files an appropriate report before the competent court.
Special Public Prosecutor Atul Sarpande had opposed their bail saying Rhea and Showik financed and arranged drugs.
Rhea Chakraborty has claimed in her bail application that she was coerced into making self-incriminatory confessions during custody.
The Enforcement Directorate had already questioned Chakraborty twice -- on Augut 9 and 10 -- and 56 persons' statements and other relevant evidence have been collected.
