Gangster Jitendra alias Gogi, leader of the Gogi gang, was shot dead inside a Rohini courtroom on September 24 by two assailants, at the behest of Tillu Tajpuriya.
Sources said that the accused reached the court in a car at 10 am and the initial plan was that four persons, dressed as lawyers, would go inside the court, kill Gogi and surrender before a judge.
