The decision has been taken to prevent people from entering garba venues after hiding their identities to indulge in ‘love jihad’, state’s culture and tourism minister Usha Thakur said.
The state's Minister for Culture, Tourism and Spiritualism was speaking to reporters on Sunday.
Usha Thakur, who is also the minister in-charge for the communally sensitive Khandwa district, made the remarks while campaigning for BJP candidates in the local body polls.
