After securing organic certification, Kanni tribes get exclusive shop for their products

For the last couple of weeks, Kaani tribes have been making headlines in the state of Tamil Nadu. They received the first wild organic certification for 40 products in Tamil Nadu. The organic certification helps the Kaani Tribal farmers to sell their products worth ₹ 20,000 in just three hours at the Farmer's Market in Tirunelveli. Now with the help of Collector V. Vishnu, a showroom has been established in Palayamkottai for exclusively selling the products of ‘Kanni’ tribal farmers.
