Haridwar hate speech: After massive outrage, Uttarakhand police files FIR

Video of anti-minority comments made by participants at a 3-day #DharmaSansad in #Haridwar evoked widespread outrage and condemnation. Following the widespread outrage, Uttarakhand Police registered a case on Dec 23rd. The Uttarakhand Police has registered a case against Jitendra Narayan Tyagi, formerly known as Wasim Rizvi, for making objectionable and inflammatory statements against Islam.
