Droupadi Murmu scripts history by becoming the first-ever tribal woman to hold President's post. She is also the youngest to hold the office of the President, adding more to her many firsts. Murmu, who is now the second woman President of the country, was administered the oath of office by CJI NV Ramana on Monday. Prior to the ceremony she visited Rashtrapati Bhavan where she was received by the outgoing President Ram Nath Kovind and his wife Savita Kovind.
