At least nine people were killed after the boundary wall of an Army enclave collapsed following heavy rains in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The nine people include three children and labourers living outside the wall. The capital city of Lucknow is inundated in rainwaters due to heavy downpour from last 24 hours.
