Very dense fog hits Delhi; at least 150 flights, 29 trains delayed

Dense fog conditions in Delhi and other parts of north India brought visibility down to a minimum. The visibility levels dropped to just 25 metres at the Palam observatory and the Safdarjung observatory. At least 29 trains and 150 domestic flights have been delayed.
