Delhi: 20-year-old dies after being hit by car; dragged for a few kms

In a shocking incident, a 20-year-old woman's body was dragged by a car for 4 kms in outer Delhi's Sultanpuri on Jan 1. The woman died after her scooty was hit by a Maruti Baleno car. Five men travelling in the car have been arrested.
