"Naba Das was an asset": CM Naveen Patnaik pays tribute to late minister

Odisha health minister Naba Das, who was shot at by a policeman, succumbed to his injuries late on Jan 29. The minister was shot at by an assistant sub-inspector, who is alleged to have been suffering from a mental disorder.
