TN Governor rejects speech written by Stalin Govt

Tamil Nadu governor RN Ravi today caused an uproar by refusing to read out the address handed over by the state government. Ravi was addressing Tamil Nadu’s first session of the year in the discharge of his duties. The first session of the Parliament and assemblies usually begins with a statement by the government.
