No immunity to MPs, MLAs who take bribe for vote in House: SC

In a landmark verdict on March 4, the Supreme Court overruled its judgement in the 1998 PV Narasimha Rao versus CBI case that gave immunity to MPs and MLAs from prosecution for accepting bribes for a vote or a speech in the legislature.
