AAP MP Raghav Chadha calls toll tax legalised loot on Indian roads and highways

AAP MP Raghav Chadha raised the issue of the high incidence of toll taxes collected at toll plazas across roads and highways by Nitin Gadkari-led National Highways Authority of India. He also spoke of the bad roads and poor infrastructure that the common man gets in return. Raghav was speaking during the zero hour in the Rajya Sabha on December 8.
