Chief Election Commissioner | SC to hear pleas against CEC, EC appointments on Feb 19

A day after the government selected the new chief election commissioner (CEC), NGO petitioner Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) alleged that the Supreme Court mocked the law by violating the Constitution Bench judgment laid down in the Anoop Baranwal case.
