Congress leader Rahul Gandhi reiterated his allegations of 'vote chori (theft)' in three states of Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Haryana on November 6. He was campaigning for the Bihar polls, where Rahul appealed to the voters to safeguard the Constitution of India, and not let the BJP steal the Bihar election as well. The first phase of the Bihar polls draws to a close, as campaigning for the second phase is underway.
