MHA and Ladakh leaders to meet prior to scheduled talks on statehood and other demands

Amit Shah-led Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) reached out to the Leh Apex Body (LAB), who met on September 25 and agreed to a 'preparatory meeting' in Delhi before the October 7 talks on Saturday.
