Winter jaggery
INGREDIENTS
● Jaggery: 500 gm
● Ghee: 2 tbsp
● Carom Seeds: 2 tsp
● Crushed Walnuts: 1/3 cup
● Crushed Almonds 3 tbsp
● Pinch of salt 

METHOD
● Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan
● Add dry fruits and saute for two minutes
● Cut jaggery into small pieces 
● Add jaggery into the pan and stir till it 
gets completely melted
● Grease an eight-inch spring  pan 
● Pour the melted jaggery and dry fruits into pan and let it cool at room temperature
● When it cools down, take it out of the 
pan and cut into small pieces 
● Store in an airtight container
