Following the completion of the six-month period, Singh and SpiceJet are required to pay regular instalments of $500,000 to Credit Suisse.
Last year, the apex court had withdrawn the airlines from liquidation after SpiceJet promised to pay $500,000 to Credit Suisse every month.
The announcement came as UBS posted its second-quarter income statement, presenting its first results since the mega-merger that rocked Swiss banking was finalised in June.
The bank also announced this month that it would not need the billions in support offered by the Swiss government and the central bank to go through with the Credit Suisse takeover.
Credit Suisse has alleged Singh and Spicejet have not been paying as per the schedule and as of now there is an outstanding dues of $6.5 million.
"Credit Suisse Group AG has been merged into UBS Group AG and the combined entity will operate as a consolidated banking group."
UBS chief executive Sergio Ermotti has warned the coming months will be "bumpy" for the bank.
