Dipke argued that the government spoke of a cashless economy after demonetization, and now that people have adopted it, the government has imposed taxes on it.
Dipke said students in tribal areas were dying due to inadequate care and support, while those studying in the national capital were also facing safety concerns.
Dipke said the verdict was a victory for every person who participated in the protests, raised their voice on social media or shared messages of support on WhatsApp.
Dipke also targeted Amit Shah over the July 20 police action against CJP protesters who attempted to march towards Parliament, saying he should apologise in Parliament.
