Ravi, a retired IPS officer of the 1976 batch who served as Governor of Tamil Nadu, will take oath at Lok Bhavan, erstwhile Raj Bhavan, at 11 am on Thursday.
In a farewell message before leaving to take charge as Governor of West Bengal, Ravi said the time he spent in Tamil Nadu would remain one of the most memorable in his life.
Governor RN Ravi on Sunday said the state is “running far below its capacity” despite having some of the strongest fundamentals in education, human resources and innovation in the country.
