On Sunday, Kamra personally visited the Whitefield police station and informed authorities that he would not go ahead with his scheduled shows, police said.
The comedian shared on X a screenshot of his deposition to the privileges panel, including a Bal Thackeray cartoon, while responding to Minister Pratap Sarnaik.
Kamra, who has often courted controversy for his anti-establishment views, targeted Shinde in a song parody last year, indirectly referring to him as a traitor without naming him.
