Karisma Kapoor’s children and mother Rani Kapur to examine sealed document on March 10 in presence of Priya Kapur’s counsel; no copies or photographs allowed
Priya, widow of Sunjay Kapur, has requested certified copies of the 2016 divorce settlement to protect her legal rights in succession proceedings, the top court said.
The counsel appearing for Samaira and Kiaan Raj accused Priya of being ‘greedy’, claiming that she has got 60 per cent of the assets and approximately 12 per cent to her son.
They claim neither Sunjay nor Priya ever mentioned the will, allege it was fabricated, and seek partition of assets amid family dispute following the businessman’s sudden death in London
