The court said denying accused Yash Yadav the exam opportunity would not be justified, allowing him to appear on June 21 under custody amid the ongoing probe.
According to the NTA, the examination will be conducted from 2 pm to 5:15 pm, providing a total window of 195 minutes. The duration of the examination has been extended by 15 minutes.
The members told the officials to learn from the best practices abroad and adopt such systems to ensure that the exam system is fool-proof and called for better coordination between the NMC and NTA.
