The prosecution had earlier stated in court that the suspect sustained the fracture after allegedly jumping from a railway bridge while attempting to evade arrest on March 5.
Additional Advocate General B. Saravanan contended that the grievances which originally necessitated judicial intervention have already been substantially addressed.
The family members, unwavering in their demands, are yet to receive the body of the youth, even after two months since the incident occurred on March 8.
