Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma said Yadav’s conduct deserved to be deprecated as he repeatedly breached his undertakings to the court to repay the amount to the complainant M/s Murali Projects Pvt Ltd.
Judge approved Yadav’s request, stating that the actor must furnish a fixed deposit receipt (FDR) of Rs 1 lakh, which will be deposited with the Court’s Registry as a condition for his travel.
The actor, best known for his comedic roles in films such as 'Hungama', 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi', is returning as the popular character Chhota Pandit in the third instalment of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa'.
