The Union education minister directed officials to take all necessary measures to ensure that students’ issues are resolved in a timely, transparent and student-friendly manner.
NTA Director General Abhishek Singh briefed members on the additional measures undertaken to strengthen examination security and ensure smooth conduct of the examination.
The development comes amid concerns over the recent payment and technical issues faced by students during the CBSE post-result and re-evaluation processes.
CBSE said it is continuously monitoring all reported issues and taking corrective measures, including extension of timelines and technical interventions.
The NTA had earlier cancelled the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination (Undergraduate), conducted on May 3, following allegations of irregularities.
