"The assertion on behalf of the accused that after their arrest, they had been falsely implicated in this case in order to solve this case cannot be completely brushed aside," the judge observed.
Singhvi submitted that charges against Fatima are yet to be framed and she cannot be subjected to "endless custody" particularly when 939 witnesses have been cited.
Raju further alleged that the accused were illegally involved in financing the 2020 Delhi riots violence and thereby their bail plea should be rejected.
