Kapil Mishra said that stringent action must be taken against illegal transportation of animals, illegal slaughter and any form of cruelty towards animals.
The Minister stated that the complaint filed by Iqbal Singh and the subsequent actions taken by the Punjab Police demonstrate disregard for the constitutional safeguard provided under Article 361A.
The minister said that despite having more than 1,200 protected monuments, the capital has failed to convert its heritage into meaningful visitor experiences.
