The world's highest revolving restaurant, recently opened on Apharwat Peak in Gulmarg, offering 360-degree panoramic views, has emerged as an added attraction for tourists this winter.
Among the seven accused chargesheeted include Pakistani handler Sajid Jatt and the three Pakistani militants killed by security forces at Dachigam, Srinagar in July.
The chargesheet will be presented before a special NIA court in Jammu. Investigations have established the direct involvement of three Pakistan-based terrorists in the attack.
