The Delhi Police served him a notice on Wednesday, asking him to join the investigation after a case was filed against him on October 11 based on a complaint by JNU’s chief security officer.
The Manipur Police were examining how the material was sourced and circulated, along with who operated the Telegram channels and whether other parties benefitted financially from the operation.
The WC-JTC declared that the post-mortem examinations of Ajinbou and Dibambou would not be conducted until the decapitated head was recovered and returned to the family for a dignified burial.
