Hearing a plea filed by activist Snehamayi Krishna challenging the B-Report filed by the Lokayukta police, Justice S Sunil Dutt Yadav ordered the issue of notices.
The petition sought the court to set aside the order, passed by the special court accepting the report and pass the order to transfer the investigation of the case to an independent agency
The officer added that the probe revealed the audio clip itself was not fabricated; however, Vinod had shared only a partially edited version with Krishna.
Seeking a detailed investigation into the matter, the activist has written to the assistant director of investigation, vigilance section of the Income Tax Department and the Directorate of Enforcement
