As no evidence of his involvement in the case emerged during the investigation, the CBI did not file any chargesheet against Sanjeev Mukhiya, who accordingly availed bail in the NEET-UG 2024 case.
In a post on its official X handle, the university said it recognized the "pain and anxiety" of students but urged them to focus on their studies and future.
Presenting forged documents or amplifying an unfounded grievance in the public domain, constitutes a cognisable offence and attracts legal trouble, the national agency said.
