Speaking to members of the MNS student wing, Thackeray alleged that Rs 18 crore in donations was being stolen every year from Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple.
Raj Thackeray also asked who would apologise to student protesters who were assaulted and faced police firing and pellet guns while protesting in Delhi.
Raj Thackeray said the morcha would begin at Shivaji Park and conclude at the Siddhivinayak temple, adding that no political flags would be carried during the demonstration.
The MNS chief said the manner in which Wangchuk was dragged away showed that the government had no genuine concern for his health or for resolving the students' issues.
