The minister said that the Karnataka government plans to construct a community hall and accommodation facilities for devotees who frequently visit Tirupati.
The official added that the Chief Commissioner has replied to the minister to look into the file on ‘urgent’ basis and directed the same to Bengaluru South City Commissioner KN Ramesh on Monday.
The Minister said auto-rickshaws remain the backbone of Bengaluru’s transport system and described the programme as a commendable effort towards economic self-reliance.
