The court, however, noted that the documents run to about 12,000 pages is an admitted fact and a plethora of witnesses to be examined by the trial court is again an admitted fact.
The Lokayukta has continued its investigation into the matter, examining violations of statutory norms and misuse of authority in the distribution of sites.
The properties include six illegally allotted MUDA sites, three immovable properties and one commercial building with a market value of Rs. 20.85 crore.
The complainant, Snehamayi Krishna from Mysuru, argued that the manner in which the investigation is being conducted is totally against the settled principles of law.
