Gandhi alleged that voters belonging to specific communities and polling booths traditionally supportive of the Congress were selectively removed from the electoral rolls.
The CM said, “Democracy survives only when every vote is sacred and its safeguards are real...This is not an isolated glitch – it’s another troubling chapter in the larger story of Vote Chori."
He highlighted the timing of the survey, noting that it predated the emergence of evidence supporting Gandhi’s allegations, rendering the survey unsuitable for dismissing the allegations.
