PM Narendra Modi held the four-hour-long meeting with secretaries of all departments at his camp office at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, on Saturday.
For his part, Modi said it was discussed that the open borders between India and Nepal should not be misused.
The meeting assumes significance in light of the Samajwadi Party chief’s uncle Shivpal Yadav’s bonhomie with the BJP.

It is Deuba's first bilateral visit abroad after becoming prime minister in July last year for a fifth time following a spell of political turmoil in Kathmandu.

Girls are estimated to outnumber boys among new students, he said, adding that every Indian can now be proud of the spirit and aspirations of girls.
"Saying that we don't indulge in vendetta politics is also part of the April fool series, which is going on in the country for the last few years," he said targetting the BJP.
