While Congress leaders maintained that they “do not believe in vendetta politics,” BRS leaders accused the government of framing KTR in what they described as a “flimsy and fabricated” case.
Before appearing, Rama Rao told reporters the probe was “political harassment” and accused the Congress of diverting attention from its “failed” poll promises.
The Supreme Court underscored that the investigating agency must be allowed sufficient time to collect evidence and conduct its probe without judicial interference.
