Kharge, in a letter dated September 2, reminded Nadda of his assurance in the Rajya Sabha that the incident would be investigated and strict action taken against those found guilty.
Nadda’s remarks came after the Supreme Court quashed FIRs against students who took part in CJP-led protests across the country between July 20 and 25.
