CHENNAI:  Aston Martin, the British luxury car major, is preparing the ground to sell more luxury cars in India, all with the conduct of road shows in metropolitan cities across India. Sharing the above information with the media at the road show held here on Tuesday, Lalit Choudary, MD, Performance Cars (Division of Infinity Cars Pvt Ltd) said, “Plans are there to sell 200 cars this year by way of doubling the sale of 100 cars last year.’’

In the road show, Aston Martin’s iconic brands - DBS, Vantage S and the new Virage - were kept for the discerning high profile buyers. “Our decision to bring the Aston Martin brand to India is driven by a strong level of interest from potential customers in an emerging luxury market.
