NEW DELHI: Construction major NBCC India Ltd today said the Tourism Ministry has accepted its proposal for upgradation and maintenance of Purana Qila in the national capital.
In a regulatory filing, NBCC said that it had submitted an Expression of Interest (EoI) for Purana Quila under 'Adopt a Heritage Project' scheme under Tourism Ministry.
"The proposal of NBCC (India) Ltd has been accepted by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India for up-gradation and maintenance of Purana Quila, New Delhi.
NBCC, which is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, is present in three main segments -- Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate Development and EPC Contracting.
