BANGALORE: Young and stylish cricketers of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Robin Uthappa, Manish Pandey and Balachandra Akhil unveiled Indigo Nation’s latest sporty range — Biker Collection1 at Bangalore Central on a Tuesday afternoon. The fashion brand is the official formal wear partners of the cricket franchise.

As the name suggests, the collection include shirts designed for the young and energetic biker. Sporting a checkered shirt and looking extremely stylish, Uthappa said, “We love being styled by Indigo Nation; it’s a young and edgy brand that reflects the personality of our team. I like the styling and detailing on these biker shirts.”

Joining him at this fashionable event were the young team members, Pandey and Akhil. The event also saw a huge gathering of curious shoppers and die-hard fans lined up for autographs of their favourite stars.

“The Royal Challengers spell the attitude of Indigo Nation of being young and edgy,” said Rachna Aggarwal, CEO of Indigo Nation.

“Being a biker, I always had a tough time with flapping jacket collars and redundant zippers. With this design not only have we sought a more practical approach but also accentuated on the style factor,” said Rahul Ranjan, designer of the collection.

Biker shirts have elbow patches, vent for goggles, zip pocket for mobile phone and  loop for hanging keys. Priced between Rs 999 and Rs 1,199, the biker collection is available across all Indigo Nation outlets.
