A musical event called Ganabhinandane will be held to celebrate the birthday of playback singer and recipient of the Bharat Ratna, Lata Mangeshkar, on September 28 at 6 pm at Press Club.
Singers like Chandrika Gururaj, Anuradha Bhat and Akanksha Badami will sing popular tracks of Lata Mangeshkar apart from a few Kannada songs at the event.
It will also provide a platform for young and budding artistes to showcase their talent.
