Bengaluru: Two TV actors die in accident on way to Kukke Subramanya

The deceased have been identified as Rachana and Naveen who were heading to Kukke Subramanya, near Mangaluru, to celebrate the birthday of another actor Karthik.

BENGALURU: Two upcoming serial actors died on the spot after the car they were travelling in rammed to a parked canter near Solur of Nelamangala taluk, Bengaluru Rural district, on Thursday.

The incident took place at around 2 am. The deceased have been identified as Rachana (23) and Naveen (24). Five others have sustained grievous injuries. They were heading to Kukke Subramanya, near Mangaluru, to celebrate the birthday of another actor Karthik.

The injured are B S Ranjith, Uttam, Honnesh, Karthik and Erique.

Rachana was acting in serials such as Mahanadi and Triveni Sangama.

Kudur police have registered the case and the bodies have been sent to post mortem.
