WGC introduces wedding jewellery collection

The World Gold Council on Tuesday launched Azva Wedding Jewellery collection that is finely crafted in 22 karat gold. Inspired by seven vows of Indian marriage, the wedding jewellery comprises exquisite necklaces, earrings and bracelets. The World Gold Council has partnered with jewellery retailers in the city, who will sell the collection in their outlets. The word, Azva, derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Ashvaa’ has been put together by the country’s finest craftsmen, some of who have been in the business for over 100 years. The collection that ranges from 70 grams to over 300 grams a set, was designed in a way to appeal  couples aged between 23 and 30. Celebrity couple Sneha and Prasanna walked in with a lady wearing the jewellery  at the launch of the jewellery collection. Actor Sneha said that Azva jewellery collection is fresh and unique.

Vipin Sharma, director, jewellery, World Gold Council, said that each set would comprise necklace, earrings and bracelet with a unique design and has a hallmark certification.

The retail partners have been handpicked to offer a personalised experience to their customers, he added.
